Currently we are carrying out a research project about how knowledge stocks and learning flows lead firms to competitive success. This survey is coordinated by Gregorio Martín de Castro and Pedro López Sáez, Fellows of Real Colegio Complutense (Harvard University, and also by )Raquel Galindo, as Fellow and Visiting Scholar of the John F. Kennedy School of Government (Harvard University) and Fellow of Real Colegio Complutense (Harvard University). The results of this research will be published in a book titled ‘Organizational Learning Dynamics: A Comparative Study Between High-Technology Firms from USA and Spain’.
